Detailed run results: 62.2 Mb in 30 minutes!!

Just got the detailed results from my magic PacBio run:

Per SMRTcell:

Movie time = 30 minutes

Mean Mapped Read Length = 1346 bp

Accuracy = 86%

Mapped yield = 62.2 Mb

Well in excess of our specification. I’m not sure if this is because Kerstin started the run or not . . . .!

How long was your longest sequence read from the 30-min run?
And how did the 95%ile look like?
What is the standard run-time? 2x 30 or 2x 45 min?

Dears, We would like to sequence a 30 mb genome with the PacBio RS. What is the amount of DNA needed, what the costs and what the schedule to have it done? kindest regards Christian
