This evening, Toby and Alexander from PacBio allowed me to load and start a PacBio RS run. It was so exciting! First of all, because it was the first time that somebody else than PacBio staff started GATC's machine. Secondly, it was my first action in the lab since I started to work for GATC nine years ago :-)

Can't wait to see the results!
