This big meeting -more than 1,000 participants from 20 countries- was really fantastic, including the nice and sunny weather in Munich.

The bad thing was that there were to many interesting talks in parallel; the organizers solved that by making videos of all sessions available on the internet after the meeting.

I attended lots of talks of the Pharma development session, which was a perfect continuation of the "Personalized Medicine" meeting in Konstanz a week ago. During the Food & Nutrition talks I could immerse myself in the world of functional food, not only in respect to design, but also to legal aspects. I know understand a bit more the data written on outer package of sweets and drinks.

Beginning of April, I will attend the Eagle Genomics event about bioinformatics in Cambridge,
